Today our Physiotherapist David interviews David Chick from Allez Sport Mooloolaba about when to buy a new pair of shoes.
The correct shoe fit is important, because if you get it wrong it has very expensive consequences. A lot of patients we see are in the wrong shoes or in shoes that have been used for too long.
These mistakes result in increased forces through the ankle, knee, hip and lower back. This results in stressed muscles and bones, restricting you in the day to day activities that you enjoy.
