Injury Management / Rehabilitation
When an injury does occurs you want to know why it happened ( the cause of the injury), and be satisfied that your Physiotherapists is able to treat and rehabilitate your injury and have you back training and competing in the shortest time possible.
What our clinic has developed are rehabilitation programs that are sport specific, biomechanical analysis for the diagnosing the cause of the injury and a strengthening programs that are tailored to the athletes needs and goals.

Injury Prevention 
If you love to train and compete and hate missing a session due to an injury it probably could have been avoided if you had been more proactive when it comes to the maintenance of your body.
The way to do that is having regular Musculoskeletal screening, Biomechanical analysis and hands on treatment from our Sports Physiotherapists to keep you in peak condition and also pick up any weaknesses so you can address them before a chain reaction is set off and an injury occurs.
Performance Physio 
The biggest area that sports people do not target in their training regime is actually identifying their weak links and improving them for increased performance.
This is why using video feedback to assess your technique is a great tool to identify areas in your technique that need addressing, Musculoskeletal screening to identify flexibility and strength issues that need to be addressed so you can improve your performance and also avoid injury.
The most common trait that we find with all the great athletes we have treated over the years is not how hard they train but the time they spend working on improving and identifying the areas that need to be addressed.
