Physio Professionals offers functional core stability and Pilates classes at our Caloundra, Birtinya and Buderim clinics daily.

We don’t give a cookie cutter exercise program.

All attendees have tailored programs that will help them reach their goal. We assess your strengths and weaknesses, find out your goal and needs and then design your Pilates program just for you.

Our reformer, Studio and Clinical Pilates classes are a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints.

We offer personalised programs you can attend in a group setting or privately. 

Our classes are small so you get one on one time with the physiotherapist for the best outcome.

Matwork Pilates Classes.

These classes are a great introduction to Pilates.

Our physiotherapists who lead the classes are experienced with guiding patients to build the necessary technique and foundations to get the most benefit from this exercise regime.

Using your own body weight, props and gravity for resistance, this class is flowing and continuous. It follows a challenging, fun routine moving you in all directions for a full body workout.

Matwork is a valuable addition to an existing fitness regimen, or to even help you kickstart and transform your health.

If practised as a standalone exercise you will still create lean muscle tone, improve mobility and flexibility, and strengthen your whole body from the inside out.

It is also beneficial for improving pelvic floor functionality, reducing stress and enhances general wellbeing.

You can build the skills and technique to refine your practice, maximise satisfaction and help achieve fast results. 
Pilates is the ultimate whole body workout, scalable for people of all levels of fitness.
