With the return to school this week for all the school-aged children out there, we thought a timely question for parents is:
Do you know how heavy your child’s backpack (fully loaded) should be (at the most!)?
Answer: less than 10% of your child’s body weight! For example, if your child weighs 30kgs, their backpack should weigh no more than 3kgs.
