Implementation of treatment pathways.

Our team will provide a treatment pathway and prescribe recommendations to help you achieve an optimal health outcome from the initial consultation.

Treatment pathways will be based on your goals, current fitness levels and what our team finds during your initial assessment to increase the chance of a great health outcome.

All of our treatment plans and pathways include measurable and agreed on milestones to keep our therapists and patients stay engaged and accountable.

What can you expect at your initial assessment.

An initial assessment with an exercise physiologist at Physio Professionals will involve taking a thorough medical history, including previous or current injuries, health conditions and medications.

We use this information and it’s is vital in prescribing exercise that is tailored to your health outcome. The assessment is specific to your current condition – which could range from cardiovascular measures through to specific strength and flexibility testing.

We then implement a treatment pathway and recommendation. The pathway will include an in clinic and home-based exercise program.
